Looks great, I love it, and have not gotten tired of it after a couple months now. It is very hard to figure out how to get the ball to levitate at first, because there are no complete instructions anywhere on how to do it. Not even Youtube videos explain how, they just show some guy doing it, without explaining. Gee, thanks.So here is how:Turn on the base, hold the globe around 10 inches DIRECTLY above the CENTER of the base, (of course with the heavy part of the globe at the bottom), with both hands mostly palm up, let the globe rest on your fingertips. Then, VERY very slowly, start to lower the globe toward the base, and LISTEN! You will hear a faint sound, sort of like gears moving, that is when the base "knows" the ball is up there and you are lowering it. When you hear that sound, continue to lower VERY very slowly (above the exact center of the base), until you feel the magnetism actually pushing up at the globe. The globe is just resting on your fingertips at this point, you are not gripping it. Stay there. It will grab on, and start to spin. If it doesnt work, lift it up, and start over. YOU MUST HEAR THE GEAR SOUND before it will work. Once you hear that sound, lower very slowly, until you feel the push back up, and it will work. Hearing the sound first , then lowering it very slowly, right above the middle of the base, by letting it rest on your fingers, is the key.Enjoy!

The media could not be loaded.  I was mesmerized by the video of this on the ad, but blown away by it in person! I purchased for my 11 year old stepson who I find it difficult to gift for, example last year I purchased a metalDetector, although cool it was a flop, but this light is enchanting, defies gravity and is gorgeous while lit and spinning! A total home run! Score one for the bonus mom ✅🙌

I bought 2. One as a gift and one for myself. Extremely difficult to get it to levitate. Read the instructions and watched a video but still can't get it working. Also the base get very hot. That concerns me the most. I'm afraid it will catch fire if that's possible. The gifted one is the same way. So dissapointing. I wish I could return them but way over my return days. In my opinion it's not worth it.

I really like my lamp. The color changes and rotating/levitating globe is cool. The problem I have is that after a month something seems to be wrong with the magnet. It does take some patience placing the ball in the proper location so it can float. After having it for two months the magnet vibrates noticeably loud. It will usually settle down after about 30 min. Also the magnet on the base gets extremely hot to the touch… not sure if that is normal.

The device works okay, but looks nothing like the picture. You need to align the globe to the base and it is extremely sensitive. Not worth the $.The globe is a cheaply constructed piece of foam - it looks nothing like the picture. Complete waste of money. There is also no support or returns.Do not waste your time.

Like other reviewers indicated - was very difficult (!) to get the globe to levitate! But once u do it’s very amazing & memorizing! I don’t mind the colors changing/rotating. The globe is plastic and doesn’t feel very smooth but I think it adds to the look. The base does get very warm/hot though ! Will monitor and see if it continues to work !

I struggled to get this to work, especially the first few times, but it’s really neat when you do. Once you get it balanced, you can put a slight spin on it and it will continue turning at the same rate for a really long time. The other day, about a year after I bought it, it fell off the back of the dresser and the moon part broke where the magnet is. I emailed them asking if it were possible to buy a replacement for just that part. They sent me a replacement for free, no trouble at all. It’s not so often that you find such good support.

A little tricky getting it to balance. With a little patience and a steady hand I had it up quickly. The colors are phenomenal to watch any time of day, and bright enough to light up the room at night. It's a very sturdy and well put together product. I would like to be able to choose a color instead of a consistent cycle. But I thoroughly enjoy it and so do my guests.

Best gift I've ever given!! It was beautiful and almost unbelievable to see it floating in the air. It was a little hard to get the globe floating, but once you get the trick it's fine. My one qualm is that you can't make it one color. It automatically changes and you can't make that stop. However, every color is beautiful so I don't really mind at all. :)

Le produit ne correspond pas aux images d'illustration et au détail du produit. Dans un cas, il est indiqué 16 couleurs avec télécommande et différents modes de lumière et dans le descriptif, il ne s'agit plus que de 7 couleurs sans possibilité de contrôler les lumières. De plus, après quelques dizaines de minutes d'utilisation, la boule tombe toute seule sur la base alors qu'elle était bien en place. Nous avons retenté plusieurs fois le processus et la boule finie toujours au bout d'un moment par perdre l'équilibre. Enfin, la base chauffe même si la boule est tombée, du coup il paraît compliqué d'utiliser la lampe toute la nuit comme veilleuse.Heureusement, après un retour du produit pour échange, la seconde lampe est beaucoup plus stable et chauffe très peu. Il faut tout de même noter qu'il n'y a néanmoins toujours pas de télécommande, contrairement à la photo du produit sur Amazon.
