Perfect fit
Fits good on my d16y7 with skunk2 intake manifold. This is the gasket you need if you’re doing manifold swap.

Requires heavy modification.
Ports are improperly sized and rough. The gasket is ~2mm thick, so the bolts on the bracket bracing the intake manifold wont line up. In conjunction with the skunk2 manifold it pushes the iacv so far back when the engine runs the bolt heads smack the firewall... because the support bracket doesn't fit.
