As I've started to get older, my energy levels have definitely decreased. I've taken this on and off for a couple of years. For the last 6 months I have been able to get into a daily routine, and the energy level increase is definitely noticable. I feel like there is a period of time in the beginning when it may not be noticable, but with regularity you can feel the difference.

I bought this supplement after reading all the good reviews about this product. After taking the supplement for a week, I started developing heart palpitations. I decided to stop taking it and the heart palpitation disappeared after two days. I think it is not suitable for everyone. Check with your doctor before taking this product especially if you have heart conditions.
