ABCCANOPY Easy Pop Up Canopy Tent with Sidewalls 10X20 Commercial -Series,White

I really hate to leave such a low review on this canopy, but I hope to potentially solicit some customer service. Disclosure: I have no prior experience with commercial canopy's, this is my first. This really appears to be a great canopy, especially for the price. I did a lot of research before purchase. I have used it extensively in the last couple of months. It has stood up to heavy winds and rain, with proper securing. During heavy rains, a drop will come through here or there, but overall it keeps the interior very dry. It is easy to set up and break down. The bag is large and bulky, but great. I did get a second duffel bag to keep all of the sides and accessories in, as it is quite a squeeze to get them in the included bag, but they will fit, if I wanted. It comes with a variety of side panels, including 3 side walls, a door wall, a screen wall and a half wall. I have not used the screen wall as of yet, but probably will. I really don't see myself ever using the half wall, but it could be useful for other people's set-up. It also comes with weight bags, but I upgraded to a heavier weight tie down system. I am sure the included weight bags are sufficient for minor winds, but we get some pretty heavy storms in our area. Overall I am very satisfied with this canopy. Now for the downfalls. The first time we set it up one of the attachment loops came off that secures the wall to the leg. A minor issue, as the wall has many attachment loops. So between the other loops and zipping it to the other side wall, it remains secure. Also the pins that hold the legs scratched the legs pretty good, if you are not careful. I have attached pictures of both of these issues, and both were minor. I emailed the seller a pic of the broken loop and they said they would send me a replacement sidewall. Great! Problem is I have never received it and that has been almost two months ago. But again a minor issue, so no biggie. Now the real issue I have. Another one of the sidewalls, not the original one with the detached loop, has developed a damaged tooth in the zipper very near the top. Despite how minor it looks, and me finagling with it and trying to straighten it out, it will no longer zip to the adjacent wall. Remember this is near the top. So now I have a canopy that I cannot full secure at festivals overnight, because I cannot zip one corner together. This is a big problem. I have wrote the seller again, right before leaving this review, and I hope that they resolve this issue. Should the issue be resolved, I will update this review and this would certainly be a 5 star canopy in my view.

Had an issue but customer service handled it right away. Very sturdy compared to other canopies I’ve had in the past. Easy set up (but does require 2 people) and goes back in the bag quickly and easily.

We’ve gone through several tents and canopies over the years, and this is easily one of the best we’ve purchased. We used it the same day it arrived, and the unpacking and setup were extremely simple. My wife and I had it fully assembled in under five minutes. We tested it on a rainy, windy day, and it held up perfectly. The quality of the canopy cover is excellent, and the frame is solid and well-built. Highly recommend!

Great price for a commercial quality pop up with all four side walls. This is definitely not a one person set-up or take-down. Side walls attach to the upper canopy with ease but could use better instructions for getting the four sides zipped together. The carry/roller bag is well made and makes transporting from vehicle to site an easy task.

We purchased this canopy and found it to be exactly as described. However when we put it up the first time the peak pole adjustment broke. We contacted customer support at ABC and they were extremely responsive and helpful. Within 2 weeks we had a replacement and we were completely satisfied. Customer service was fantastic and easy to work with. They communicated very well and made sure we were satisfied customers. As to the quality of the canopy… it is exactly as it was represented to be. It is sturdy and made well. This is not a light weight canopy but the wheels on the case make it easy to place the canopy where you want to put it up. The canopy is very easy for 2 people to put up and take down. It is very easy for 2 people to put it in the fabric case. We will absolutely purchase another ABC canopy in the future. The company stands behind their product and that means something these days.

This is the 3rd ABC Canopy that I have received from Amazon in four years, and after this I will never buy this product again! The first canopy was easy to set up, but itstarted falling apart within two months, so AMAZON replaced it when neither of us could get a hold of the manufacture. The second tent was pretty good. It kept the rain out although I did have trouble with water pooling on the top when it rained, and occasionally drenching customers when a gust of wind blew. It made it through two seasons with a few repairs, but the. it fell apart to the point it needed to be replaced. The third ABC tent, however, is absolute garbage! I bought it in February but just started using it 3 weeks ago (because I was using my larger Eurmax tent) but I switched back to a market that only allow an 8X8 size. All I can say is Wow, what a waste of money! It is literally impossible for one person to set this small 8 x 8 tent up! The legs stick so bad they will not slide up therefore the tent will not expand and it takes three people, pushing and pulling to get the legs to slide up and the top to pop up! If it weren't for kind vendors offering their assistance I would never have been able to use it. However I cannot count on or expect other people to help. And Now the return window is closed, so I am stuck with an unusable piece of junk. He is so bad I could not in good conscience solid to someone even though it is brand new.. My advice? Do NOT buy this tent!! It is worth paying more and getting a reputable brand like Eurmax. My 70 pound, 10 x 10 Eurmax canopy is very heavy but still very easy to set up by myself and it’s absolutely awesome! Unfortunately they don’t make the professional model in an 8 x 8, hence my buying another ABC.

We love it had it for at least 4 years now! Easy to put up and take down. Recommend to make sure to get good sand bags we did with our purchase and saves us in the bad weather

Tent to be used for outdoor art show. I can say that you cannot set this up with just one person as it says in the description. Perhaps after many, many uses. That being said, it easy to assemble. Bag is heavy if you are short and slight like myself. Very sturdy construction and I think the velcro will hold up on the tent sides. There is one point of concern and that is the plastic zippers. I will adjust my review once I have used it a few times. I have two art shows this summer so we will see. So far so good

I have looked at a few gazebos and most are 2m or 3m. Admittedly this was more expensive than most as well (even on an offer) but now I see why. It does need a bit of a hand getting up, not really a one person job. This is mainly because the frame is quite heavy and a person should really be working on the opposite side to support the raising of the canopy. Now if that's a negative for you a cheaper and dare I say 'disposable' gazebo is where you should be looking. We live on a brow of a hill and this gazebo is on the edge of a garden exposed overlooking a field. I have filled the supplied leg weights with pea gravel, used the supplied strong guy lines (they could do with a tensioner like for a tent) and the grounding stakes to secure (nice touch the plastic collars to anchor and tie off the lines). I haven't used an of the sides yet but I am in no doubt they will be a good fit. My gazebo has been up a few weeks now and I was a little worried (daft really) the 30mph winds would bother it. Nope solid and stable. I put 4 stars in 'easy to assemble' ONLY because it is of such quality it doesn't have any slack and needs a bit of strength to get the supporting straps in place. So it's NOT easy to assemble (not that hard either), but having done so I felt this looks solid. Now when it comes down for the winter, and is put in its bag, or if I need to take it somewhere, I am sure the wheels on the bag will be very useful because it is heavy. So far any rain and there has been a couple of downpours, has just run off of it. No leaks, no seeps just what you would expect. So far I am convinced I made the correct choice in spending a little more and getting a good product. It is used as a sun/weather shield for our swing bench (which I built) and works a treat.

I was about to give up hope, had three other makes and all were rubbish, tried this as a last resort. Wish I had found it first. Best value for the product and really sturdy, keeps the rain out all day
