Just the right size, color of paper and line space

I use these daily. I use two of them at a time, one for each Bank Account. I reconcile our Checking Accounts over the Phone every since my Boss refuses to allow Internet Access to them and we have too much volume for me to wait until the end of the Month. I go through one a Quarter. That means that I always have extra pages at the end of the Quarter. But that's immaterial. Occasionally, I'll tear them off and use them as Scratch Paper, using a Binder Clip to keep them together.They're the perfect size for my Desktop Organizer. These have a sturdy Cover and the paper is sturdy enough to survive getting pulled from and shoved back into the Desktop Organizer. The only "funny" thing about them is that the inside of the Covers is slick. I couldn't use a regular Pen to record data that goes on the Inside Back Cover of every one. But my Ultra Sharp Sharpie recorded it all just fine.

I love these notebooks for journaling and note taking. The approximately 5 by 7 size is easy to carry around, lays flat and conveniently fits into a old leather cover of an old Daytimer calendar/journal I acquired sometime ago. I now keep an electronic calendar/journal like most people but still keep notes and ideas in a notebook. The green paper in these notebooks is easy on the eyes and the narrow line spacing allows you to put a lot of words on a page. I use it for travel journals, jotting down daily thoughts before I transfer it to the computer and for taking notes when I am studying a book or writing down ideas for stories I am writing. I use so many of these notebooks that I buy them in multiple of ten so I am delighted when I get a discount for buying in bulk.

Very handy little notebooks to keep on your desk. I am forever writing on little sticky notes and losing them. Now I have a couple of these little notebooks and keep separate ones for organizing my desk with different type of notes. I have computer info in one, gaming info in another and use one for telephone messages. I find my desk is much neater now, and I can find things without going through a panicky search as I once did. I even keep one in my purse for shopping or just to jot down a reminder. The small size is what makes them work so well. They are not too small to be seen or too big to be cumbersome. And 80 to 100 sheets keeps them from becoming to weighty. These were a great find for me, and have helped me on the road to organization..!!!

What can I say about this product that hasn't been proclaimed before? First, all the pages were blank ON BOTH SIDES. I was able to immediately use these to take notes without having to erase a bunch of notes. Next, it has lines on each page that are even and exactly parallel to the ones above. Trust me, I checked, and there were zero deviations. I don't know how they do it. Plus, bonus - you can actually use the pages to refresh your memory if you write down notes and reminders in the pages. That's right, this product retains ALL of your input. I have lost nothing from this storage system, and you NEVER have to remember to hit save - it auto saves your work as you use it. Two thumbs up from me.

Though a little pricey, I love these notebooks. Narrow ruled notebooks are a dying breed, and this is one of the best options out there. I can't say much of the leaves except that they're a classy greenish white, and are smooth to the touch. The cover is spare, and not particularly rugged, but good enough for me. As a field notebook, you might want something sturdier, but I just leave this on my desk open to the page that I'm currently using.If you were to carry this notebook around or use it in public, you would appear quite hip. Pair it with some glasses, a confusing beard, and a scarf, and you'll be the coolest person in the coffee shop.

Was a bad Amazon delivery day. Two out of three things I ordered arrived damaged and/or dirty. In the case of the notebook, there was smudged dirt on the cover. I ordered a cheap notebook because that was all I needed, and is what I received. If you need a nice sturdy notebook however, this is not the one you want. The cover and back are very flimsy. I do like the green paper inside, and the narrow rule, also the price. amazon carries another narrow lined 5 X 8 notebook that I would rate at a 5.
