I was diagnosed with very low Zinc and Magnesium which caused my hair to shed since I started taking Dr Axe Zinc +Probiotics my hair has thicken and growing back!!!! Other zinc supplements have always made me nauseated if I didn’t eat them with food, but this one seems to settle well. I took it with other supplements to level out my hormones and it has worked pretty well.

I am taking this product for immune support and gut health. The capsules are easy to swallow, My only complaint with this product is I can't take it every day as it will cause diarrhea... I'm assuming it's due to the combination of the probiotic and zinc?? So I end up taking this product every couple of days instead of once a day.
