This Wholesome Yum Premium Fine Ground Blanched Almond Flour (16 oz / 1 lb) - Gluten Free, Non G is my favorite Almond Flour. You can use it in many Keto recipes and the texture is great. Some almond flours are to grainy but this flour is very fine and easy to use. The flavor is also great and it doesn't loss its flavor even when it has been opened for awhile. I would recommend this flour to anyone, regarding using it for Keto diet or any other almond flour recipe.

I have always loved Wholesum Yum products. It is well worth the price and it feels good to help out a smaller business. The flour is finely ground. I don't feel like I need to grind it down further for recipes like I felt I have had to do with other brands. (It's a texture thing for me)

I bought this to make Maya's keto donut recipe and I was so impressed with how well my donuts turned out. I'm grateful that she had made it her mission to create great low-carb ingredients, but also share really good recipes with so much detail. I've been doing Keto for about 8 years. There were almost no Keto products at the time which made it a lot more difficult and time consuming to stick to Keto. But now there are so many great products and Wholesome Yum has some of the best. I have bought Wholesome Yum allulose, allulose with monk fruit, bread mix and pancake mix over the past couple of years but not the almond flour. I finally decided to try it outside of a mix and was pleasantly impressed that I found it to be much finer grained and lighter than any other brand I’d been using. I just ordered some more!
