Is there an AUX input to listen as wired headphones?

Hello Alex- great question! At this time the Jabra Elite 45h does not have a 3.5 mm jack so that you can make the headset wired. If you are looking for an over-the-ear headset with that capability, we recommend the Jabra Elite 85h.

What is the maximum working distance from the device?

On the website it says up to 10m however I have not tested that out. I would say I left it on my chair in the living room and still been walking around doing washing clothes and cleaning in other rooms and it still works. I hope this helps.

Does it come with a Bluetooth converter/dongle?

Hello Louis sze - The Jabra Elite 45h was developed to connect specifically with mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets to allow you the freedom to stay connected on-the-go. Although you may successfully pair your Elite 45h with your computer, it is neither intended nor tested for that purpose. Therefore, we cannot guarantee performance and are unable to recommend this type of usage. A Bluetooth adapter is not included with the Elite 45h. Thank you.

Any of you had balance issues? Basically the left ear is coming at maybe 10% of the volume.

No issues whatsoever. Set up via app and tuned to actual hearing level.
