These candles look great and they come with a remote for easy use. They also have timer feature which was very helpful to extend the battery life.

After losing power a couple of weeks ago and having trouble finding my candles and matches, I decided that maybe these would be a good idea. They arrived quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised that batteries were included for the pillar candles. I thought I was going to have to go get some once I found out the size. This was a big plus! The votives have small batteries installed already. If those wear out, you have to unscrew the bottom and replace those. Not a big problem.I immediately put the batteries in and used the remote to set the candles for 2 hours. They all went off on time! The votives don't work with the remote, but they have a switch on the bottom to turn them on and off.So far, I'm impressed. We haven't had a power outage since I got them, but now I'm ready!

I do see now that the listing says it's Non-Cycle, which I'm guessing is their way of saying it doesn't turn on and off every day at the same time like other candle I have that say they have a timer. I wish the description was a little more clear that the timer just turns them off after the allotted time. I had to hunt through the fine print to even see this info so it's a little misleading if you're used to the other style. That being said, they do work well and I will use them, just in a different way that I intended. I wanted them as a sort of nightlight in the spare bath for each night. Since I have to turn them on each time I want to use them, I already ordered another set to do that instead. I will just use them as decor in the living room or something. The timer feature is nice if you only want to use them occasionally and don't want to have to remember to turn them off. They are nice looking, good quality, good candle flicker effect, good options with their remote, and nice to have them come with batteries. The little votive size ones are exactly what I expected. Plastic instead of wax, which it does say in the description. A small switch on the bottom to turn them on and off. Nice brightness too. Overall happy with them, once I got over thinking I was loosing my mind since they didn't turn back on when I expected them to.

These candles are wonderful for adding a beautiful warm glow in any room. These candles are going to be great with the holidays approaching. The large candles are even remote controlled which is a great feature for somebody like me who is in their 70's. Just the push of a button and any room is instantly transformed into a warm, inviting area. The 4 votive candles must be turned on by hand, which is ok, since it is the 4 large ones that makes this set so special. All candles come with batteries, so they are ready to enjoy right out of the box. I have seen many candle sets that cost more but this is a great set a a great price. Not to be missed.

Out of the box, the medium and large candles weren't very bright. A few days later, after about 6-10 hours of use, the included batteries popped and leaked battery liquid everywhere on my furniture. I replaced the batteries with a brand name version and the brightness increased dramatically. The candles work, but you cannot trust the included batteries at all.

I absolutely love my new candles. They look real and will not start any fires.

I have purchased 4 sets of these over the years. Have them in pink as well. Use them every night. Great ambiance! I turn off the lights and use the candles to relax and calm my nerves. Feels wonderfully cozy♡

I am really happy with this purchase. I immediately opened the box, everything was well packaged. I checked the batteries which all come wrapped in plastic (so make sure you unwrap them, they are in the larger candles). Once I got all the batteries unwrapped I made sure the remote worked (after removing the plastic tab). Everything works great. I really like the “flicker” feature - they look realistic and are exactly what I wanted!I haven’t tested the timer feature - but there are four options. All 4 larger candles, except the tea lights, work on the remote. There is also an adjustable brightness option on the remote, which makes the lights “flicker” but can also turn the brightness up one level or down one level.
