Just cut a short piece of foam pipe insulation, put on each side behind flippers to compensate for the narrower neck, and these work great for violins

My new favorite thing on Amazon. Forget about floor stands (although the Hercules floor stands are excellent!). Get your ukulele up off the ground. Attach it to a speaker stand, a mic stand, or (as pictured) a steel drum stand! This is also the right size for a ukulele head. Not a guitar holder. All the Hercules products I've seen are top of the line, but this uke clamp takes the cake! I'm going to get five more.

Used with both a soprano and baritone uke. Both worked well. Had the soprano up for a week and seems solid. I was hoping it would move more left right so I could angle it but that doesn't work. But for an extension it works great.

It was reasonably priced and does the job.

This is a flexible way to adapt a mic stand (with adequate legs) so it’ll also hold a guitar — or even a bass — during rehearsals or performances. May I never again hear the dreadful, soft, sliding sound that indicates a casually propped-up guitar is toppling over and trying to hit its head on the ground.
