RubisSwitzerland Slanted Tip Tweezer with a Heart

I was expecting super duper better than tweezerman quality, what I got was a very good quality tweezer, that lasted about as long as a tweezerman. I have a rare condition that requires daily usage, so I am used to burning through these. I wish the tweezer companies would disclose the type of metal and density or strength, so the consumer would be able to better determine why similar products have large price disparity. For now, you gotta just buy it, and check it out. This is a quality tweezer, that will serve most users quite well for quite some time. Nicely sharpened and precise.

I have owned Rubis slant tweezers for over 10 years. Nothing beats the quality of this tweezer: the accuracy, and precision to grasp the hair are unlike any other I've used in the past; it removes the hair without having to go back to the same hair when it slips like so many other tweezers. Similar to other reviewers, the cost is a bit more than others, but the overall quality is worth the price; as well, care must be taken to not drop on hard surface or you will lose precision and grasp ability in this product. Love it!

Expensive, but the best tweezer I have ever owned. Don’t drop them and store with the rubber tip in the plastic case and you won’t be disappointed.

Never before owned a tweezer which tweezed so precisely. It's worth the money to me. I researched the best tweezer for eyebrows and this was the result: the slanted tip Rubis. For splinters the Internet recommends a pointed tip.

I have the gold series Rubis and they are amazing. I got these expecting the same but they are terrible.

These are definitely one of the best Rubis Tweezers I have purchased. Yes, they are pricey, but the quality, accuracy, and precision are incredible. As another reviewer mentioned, if you see a “ straggler,” these tweezers can grasp it without breaking the hair, and remove it to the root. The only problem...DON’T drop them!! Once the angle (or way the two tips come together) might be compromised, they have a tendency to lose their precision and ability to grasp the hair, as one has become so accustomed to expect. In fact, if anyone from Rubis is reading this, could your provide Customer Service information? Years ago, a purchaser used to be able to send in “dropped” tweezers and have them re-aligned. It would be great to have that option. Other than that, these are the greatest tweezers!! Love them and so does my hubby!!

Spend the extra money. Best tweezers ever! I bought another one of these after the one I had for 15+ years disappeared. By that I mean my dad stole it from me. LOL. These tweezers have the best tips. And I've tried saving money by buying other tweezers. They are all crap. Invest in these and never have to buy tweezers again! Unless someone likes them more than they like you, like in my case. Haha!!!! Cute little heart on it is a plus. I know which one is mine!

I usually buy Rubis tweezers because they pluck so well but these left a whole lot to be desired. Not sure if I will give them another try of not at this cost. Did not do that great of a plucking job on chin hairs but eyebrows were ok.
