The book contains so much information. It’s going to take a while to go through it but can tell that it is going to be helpful in my job.

I bought this book for myself years ago and found it so useful, I looked for copies to give for coaching. The recipients have consistently enjoyed how easy it was to read and how many topics it covers.If you are the type who likes to bookmark when you find something useful, you might end up bookmarking most of the book.

Great coverage of fundamental topics.

Much ado about nothing repeating long winded platitudes. Should be shorter...much shorter...and cheaper much cheaper
