I am not sure if it works for men but I imagine it would. Take every day. You can start to see results in about 3-4 weeks.

How is the advanced formula different than the "regular" Hair skin & Nails formula?

They changed it last summer. It has twice as much Biotin and the pill is larger to swallow and costs about $5 more a bottle.

what color are the caplets?

The advanced hair skin and nails caplet is an off-white. GNC has another one just the regular hair skin and nails which is green.
