Good for Light Workouts but Not Very Durable
The FateFan Multifunction Tension Rope is a decent option for beginners or anyone who wants a simple, portable resistance band for light exercise. It’s easy to use, lightweight, and works well for stretching, core, and arm workouts. However, the resistance feels mild, and the material doesn’t seem built for long-term heavy use. After some weeks, the bands may lose tension or show wear. Overall, it’s fine for casual home workouts but not ideal for advanced strength training.

Cheap material. Broke before I could even use it.
I was really excited to incorporate this into my nightly workout routine. However, I never even got to use the product. As soon as I tried to put my feet in the opening the strap that goes over your toes that holds your foot in broke. This is made of a very cheap material. I am now returning this one and spending a little bit more money to order a better quality one. I wear shoe size 8 1/2 or 9 depending on the brand. So if you don’t have tiny feet then don’t even waste your money on this.

I’m too short for good resistance
Well I really wanted to love this. And I think it could be good, if I were taller. I am 5’2” and because of that, I’m just not getting very much resistance at all. If I had longer legs, I would think perhaps it would be ok. However, this could be very good for senior citizens maybe. Something with a light resistance. So not a product problem so much as a short person problem.
