They came melted in capsule
Not sure if they help w sleep. I've been using them even though the powder in calsule came melted to one side of capsule. Doubt I'll get this brand again.

I have been using tart cherry & celery seed for a long time to help my joints & kidneys by cutting down Uric acid. Keeping it simple with pure products, no additives.
