This mill works really well. I'm using it on a chinese 3040 cnc router with the 400 watt spindle. Using adaptive clearing, I've gotten good results with 400mm/min with a .5mm stepover and 3.125mm depth of cut. A little cutting oil helps a lot and will lengthen the life of the bit.

This bit was recommended on a popular YouTube video demonstrating high speed aluminum cutting on the X-Carve CNC. Able to push this beyond 0.01in depth per pass. It has held up very well and I'm surprised it hasn't broken yet.

Ah-Yep it cuts metal real good. Just remember carbide is brittle and breaks easy so no interrupted cuts please. If I ever wear this out in my home shop I will purchase again

Haven’t had a chance to use the bit yet as it just came tonight with the casing broke both the clear shell and the inner blue piece I’m assuming it broke in shipping and hopefully it’s as good as people have said
