Ours came with a two-pin plug that fits european sockets - we use an adaptor for Ireland/UK

If I try to use only mop function it doesn’t work, says make sure water tank is installed. Is there a water tank? I am using 2 in 1 tank

Hi, you need to fill the water tank with water and then put it in the robot and finally start the sweeping and dragging mode.

Mop only function asks for water cintainer not the 2in1, is it sold separately?
