I Love this cleanse & it's highly effective! I've done the 5 day cleanse 2x, once in May & another this month. The 1st time I lost 10lbs & the 2nd time,12lbs. I see a few reviews saying they didn't loose any weight which I find very odd. I followed the instructions of drinking all 6 juices per day, along with a lot of water & no food, which may not be what others that had no results did. It took away the bloated feeling, pain in my joints, swelling & gave me energy. I would highly recommend this cleanse.

I’ve been working out losing 800 calories a day with clean eating for over a year trying to lose 20 pounds I gained. 5-10lbs of the weight is taking forever to come off. I tried this detox wanting the health benefits and weight loss. I started at 122 weighed myself and I’m 117 on day 2. The juices taste good and I do not feel bad at all. I’m very impressed that in 3 days I was really able to lose 5 pounds.

We will be ordering more as we continue our health journey Update: 2 weeks after purchase and using to boost weight loss and healthy eating and we are not as satisfied as we were at first. My wife and I havnt lost not one pound and we have been using the juice for 15 days now. We have used another brand of juice before but tried this brand as it was a little cheaper for the large amount we were ordering, unfortunately the results are NOT there. Usually we spend a good majority of the first week detoxing and making bathroom trips often but with this brand nothing. I’m not impressed and will be calling company to see how to rectify.

I went into this cleanse fully understanding the limitations of them - that the weight loss experienced on them is only temporary, that your energy is usually low, etc. I decided to try it though, because I wanted to reset some of my unhealthy eating behaviors and I've found that usually if I can make it through 3-4 days of good decisions I have enough motivation to keep making good decisions. I also wanted to try it as a way to practice being uncomfortable. Sitting with cravings and not acting on them. In this regard, the cleanse 100% worked for me. It was really difficult the first day, particularly since I woke up hungry, but it got easier with each successive day (I did the 3 day). The juices tasted pretty good. The cool greens was my favorite, but there weren't any that I didn't like. I'm not a fan of celery so I was expecting to hate the tarte greens, but it wasn't too bad. Just know that these juices do come very frozen. If you're defrosting in the fridge it will take a few days to fully defrost. I ended up having to put them out on the counter for a little bit to help them along during the cleanse so that I had drinkable juices each day. Surprisingly, I didn't have much trouble with energy levels on the cleanse. I would actually say that I felt more awake than usual. Long drives in the afternoon that usually leave my eyes crossing to stay awake weren't an issue. I was able to do all my daily activities - walking the dogs, going for walks myself, etc. - without feeling like I was dragging or light headed. I was even able to workout the first and last day of the cleanse. I did end up losing about 5 pounds (comparing weight in the morning of the first day with weight in the morning on the 4th day when the cleanse was over). I was less bloated and felt much better about the way my body looked. However, as I expected, this weight gradually came back. One week after I started the cleanse, I'm only 2 pounds down from my starting weight, which is exactly where I expected to be given my overall calorie deficit for the week (boosted by intense exercise and calorie restriction on the other non-cleanse days). In short, don't expect a long-term fix.

I feel a lot better. Clearer minded. Less sluggish. There's an overall cheer about my day I haven't had in a while. It's like my brain is like "oh yeah hi... remember these happy parts of me?" It's hard to explain. I've ordered again and may be using these in my weekly diet. I feel so much better. Oh and the best part is this: this morning when I got up, I opened the fridge and was so excited to grab my morning juice. I got it, shut the fridge. Then I realized my favorite pizza was in there... I didn't even THINK about grabbing it. When I realized this it brought a tear to my eye as all I really wanted was my juice. I've been gaining weight and not able to resist pizza... I just kept thinking about pizza. I feel like that moment I realized I had freedom and real hope for lasting change. Thank you!
