After doing some research about inflammation I continually read that Colostrum supplements might be beneficial due to them helping to heal and seal the gut. I chose this brand because they had good reviews and the price point is solid. I've been taking these for 4 months now and I can unequivocally say that since taking them, my inflammation has significantly decreased. The best thing for inflammation I have discovered so far, at least for me. They are standard size capsules, not small, but not hard to swallow. They don't have any flavor or cause any burping issues, but did cause flatulance in the beginning (made me think they were working even more). They actually smell a bit like milk (makes sense). I was continually getting ads for colostrum on social media and decided to shop around on Amazon. I found Bovine Colostrum Capsules with Immunoglobulin G - Colostrum Supplement and Muscle Builder for considerably less. I am glad I gave them a try. I find myself to be less fatigued and my stomach issues are much improved when I'm taking them. Its time for me to order another bottle. I think I may have to start a subscription.

I read about colostrum helping reduce allergie symptoms. I get so sick with allergies and certain pollens can cause my eyes to swell & skin itch. I've be using this colostrum since the end of May I've had literally zero allergies all summer! Even the horrible cotton wood doesn't bother me. Very good supplement for general sickness such as cough and allergies. Personally, I took these Colostrum Capsules whenever I started to feel a little sick and the symptoms quickly went away. Also, I’ve noticed that this supplement gives me an energy boost which I’ve really found important and could limit my caffeine intake. Will definitely be getting another bottle once this one is done.
