This is some good stuff. No more seafoam for me
This stuff is fantastic. Cleans out the top end. Even took the sharpie marks off the new carb. One can got me through a honda civic and 2 four wheelers. I noticed a difference immediately with the four wheelers. They kickstarted easier, ran better, even my 9 year-old niece could kick start her can-am 90 with one or two kicks when cold.

Completely Ended My Massive Oil Consumption Issue!
Have a 2002 Hyundai Accent that for the past 4 or 5 years, has just been chugging oil like it's going out of style. Tried this two months ago not expecting anything. Removed the spark plugs and absolutely soaked the pistons all day. Sucked out remaining residue before reassembling engine. Ran it to blow out any remaining stuff. Like Seafoam, the exhaust billows smoke and takes a bit to clean out. Drained, replaced oil and drove on. Well two months later, the oil level is still full! Last several oil changes before, I'd get maybe 3-4 weeks max before the oil was low again. Absolutely amazed how great it worked. Of course results may vary and others may not get as lucky as me. But for fellow Hyundai owners, it's worth trying.

Wow! Holy smokes, this stuff works!
I used this on two vehicles (two separate cans) today: 2010 Chevy Suburban 5.3l with 235,000 miles and a 2015 Buick Enclave 3.6l with 124,000. The 5.3 smoked a little bit, but it recently had a professional induction cleaning, so I didn’t expect it to smoke much. Even still, after today’s cleaning, it idles much smoother. Now, I don’t think the 3.6l has ever had an intake cleaning, and it’s got direct injection…that thing smoked like crazy for nearly 25 minutes of idling. It was so bad that I will likely clean it a second time. I can’t say whether MPG has improved, but the 3.6l sounds much better. While doing this is not hard (usually just requires a screw driver to remove the air cleaner from the intake), it is not for the faint of heart. Your engine will sputter, choke, and probably backfire as you force this spray down its throat. Still, I’m now a believer and will use this stuff once a year on all of my cars.

Simple to use. Cleans as described.
This was purchased to clean and treat a Saturn engine. The process was simple. The results remain to be seen but in general the cleaning effect was immediate on the upper engine. The soak to clean the oil control rings is in progress. I'll update when it is done.Update: After the treatment.the engine smoked a great deal while the cleaner and carbon was burned or flushed out. This was done to a 1996 Saturn SC2 coupe. The early Saturns were infamous for oil consumption. After this treatment the car was driven daily and on trips from southern Arizona to central Utah. In the five years since this treatment the oil consumption dropped from ~2 l between oil services to less than1/3 liter. The treatment cleaned the top end and rings enough tonearly eliminate oild consumption between services.

Will definitely buy again
All I had to do is spray and pray in the trottle body and It cleaned out all the gunk that was inside the combustion chamber, oh my gosh it was a big ass smoke bomb for real(that means it was pretty bad in there) after driving it around the freeway more nasty white smoke came out of the exhaust, my truck actually starts up better and runs better after that, definitely worth my money and also the effectiveness the idle actually went down alittle more and now is using less gas GAH DAMN!

Most definitely helps
I used this on my 2008 Chevy 4.8 and it most definitely helps acceleration and speed.

Seems to work well
Toss us the second time I’ve done this on my 2014 Silverado. It really seems to burn off that carbon when you finish the process.

Throttle cleaner
The best throttle cleaner for GM. Too bad it’s been discontinued in spray can
