I just recently heard about oil pulling for the first time and I decided to buy these "Cocopulls" just so that I could get a feel for how much oil to use and to make it easier than scooping coconut oil out of a big container and not knowing how much to use. However, I've only used these for two days now and I'm already thinking that I will want to replace them when they're gone, because of the peppermint oil! My mouth feels incredible after doing this. The peppermint oil is perceptible but not overpowering, and I know this is going to be a healthy habit that I will enjoy implementing into my daily routine. Having the little packets already measured out is very convenient, and it leaves such a nice taste in my mouth! The packaging is very cute, too.

I used Cocopull for 1 month and although it is difficult to say for sure, I thought I had a lot more energy than usual. I even attended a wedding and partied a lot harder than I had in years. My back hurt less and my teeth seem whiter. But one thing happened that I never expected. For as long as I can remember my tonsils have always seemed enlarged... well, to me they seemed normal, until just a few days ago I was checking them in the mirror and I thought my tonsils had disappeared. Now I'm beginning to think that for 40+ years I have had recurring tonsil inflamation and because of oil pulling my tonsils have shrunk. Over the years I have had regular sore throats and even tonsil stones and now it's as if I don't have tonsils. Bizarre! I'll keep using cocopull until I find a cheaper solution, but the individual packets sure are convenient, and I love the peppermint flavor.

I like everything about Cocopull except for the feel of oil in my mouth. You just have to get over that sensation and this is a great product. Not all people can do it. It does whiten your teeth tremendously though. So toughen up, if you want those pearly whites. This is how they did it back in the day, It is also great for bad breath and overall mouth issues. It is very healthy for you. I have gum issues and they feel so much better and my teeth look whiter. I did not even have to use the whole packet, just half. So, I actually pulled double the amount out of it. Well worth the price.

Great for travel. They have a nice minty taste and really help clean your teeth. I travel a lot, and these have come in handy. They come in individual packets and I’m able to get three uses out of just one packet which makes it very affordable. Highly recommend!

I ordered this product for a 2-week long trip. When I arrived at my destination, the packets were all frozen (due to flight). The content solidified. I had to soak the plastic packet in hot water to liquify each packet.Once it became liquid, it was ok to use. Taste is ok.

First of all- prepare yourself for the taste. It took me a good five days to NOT gag keeping this oil in my mouth for 5+ minutes. I feel an extreme sense of accomplishment that I was able to do up to 20 minutes. You will want to do this in the AM (I did it in the shower) so that if you must spit out the product- there's the drain. (Not recommended to spit in the drain though- it may clog your drains- dump in the trash after use) My teeth felt, cleaner, my breath was fresh and after 14 days m teeth appeared somewhat whiter. Of course, you would have to do this on a semi-regular basis, but I don't mind because I read there may be several health benefits to doing so (perhaps help with cavities, etc.) So this is not purely for making your teeth white. It's not expensive, but you don't need this particular product, any good organic extra virgin or virgin coconut oil will do. To use: hold in mouth, swish back and forth, don't gag, don't laugh, spit out when you've had enough. Prepare for some gross stuff to come out of your mouth. Overall I love this product.

This cocopull works very well. My teeth felt cleaner immediately after the first use and my gums do feel healthier. My wife commented on my teeth being cleaner and looking better overall. The mint addition makes it taste even better and is great for nicer breath too! I also like the fact that these are in little packets, easy to carry around and always have some at hand when needed. The seller is very friendly, answered all my questions and their instructions on the package are easy to follow. Highly recommended for oral hygiene and cosmetics too. Five star!!

When oil pulling the coconut oil can inadvertently can leak down your throat. Sometimes it’s hard to avoid. Adding peppermint oil to pulling is stupid and will fry your esophagus. This happened to me and I’m still recovering 3 weeks later. I threw my box away. Why can’t someone just make it with coconut oil only. Im so mad I used this product. I’ve pulled for 25 years and never once had an issue.
