I am a large guy. 6'3" 298 pounds, and not the solid firm kind of 298 pounds. Just unfortunately, flabby and droopy. As a result of my bulk and heft, I am considerate of others at pools and beaches, and do not swim without a shirt, lest parent have to explain to their children who that hairy woman is. I am headed on a cruise in January and I plan on swimming. I typically wear a t-shirt, but this time opted to see if there were such thing as swimming shirts that were quick drying and didn't stick to every roll on my body when I left the pool or the ocean. The reviews for this shirt were relatively high so I purchased two. I read that they run small, and they do. Even a 4x, which is 1 to 2 sizes bigger than I typically wear is quite tight. I look like a can of exploded biscuit dough. That is fine though, it will have to suffice as the shirts don't come any larger than the 4x I purchased. Aside from the snug fit, the shirts are quick drying and they don't stick to my body as a result of vacuum pressure when leaving the water. They look fashionable and are of high quality. The order was filled and delivered very fast, I had my order within 48 hours. Should I need to order more shirts in the future, I would definitely order these Kanu shirts. They are about 30 dollars cheaper than the competitors shirt, and they have the added bonus of SP 50+.

This black swim shirt is extremely flattering & stretchy! But it isn't that type of stretch that clings at all. It is extremely functional & dries ridiculously fast! This swim shirt is very light weight & very comfortable to wear. The size is I suppose true to size? I ordered a size larger, it fits comfortably & is not tight at all. Very soft material, dries quickly, water wicks right off of it-- I think you can use this for swimming or working out to be honest! I'm on here ordering another one right now lol. Also, I have washed it (cold wash & hang dry always) and this shirt has not damaged in any way possible! This is my complete honest review! Get it! And for the price, you are getting a quality product!

I use these in the pool when I'm on vacation at the beach, and for the hot and humid summer days at home. These are soft, stretchy, light, very comfortable, and very durable. I have a couple that are a few years old now and they are holding up very well.

True to size or slightly larger. I'm about 6' and heavy set 240lbs. The 2x is loose enough and comfortable. A perfect length, covers my waists but not too long. Synthetic materials feel good.

I ordered this for my 62 year old brother. He normally wears medium, so that's what I ordered. He was able to squeeze into it but looked like an overstuffed sausage. The arms & upper body were fine, but the torse was incredibly tight. It was nice and soft but I'm sending it back for a large. I can't really say if it provides any sun protection yet but will come back & update the review after we get the replacement & try it in the pool. He's got pale Irish skin & red hair, so he sunburns badly. I'm hoping this will offer protection. Adding on Nov 22, 2023: It does provide sun protection! The replacement arrived & fit him much better. He enjoyed swimming in the pool with my daughter & I over the summer & his body & shoulders never became sunburned. It was comfortable & soft, & it looked good on him.

I bought 2 of these one in white, the other blue. They are very good quality. They look so nice that I have used them with or without sun. The only precaution is that you must use the size chart because they tend to run a little bit small. Other than that they are great.

I really like these swim shirts! I take them with me on vacation to the Dominican Republic. It keeps the sun off my shoulders and chest while I'm in the pool. Saves me from getting burns. The shirt wears very comfortably in the water and dries quickly when you get out.

Came in time and fit as expected. Looks great and works well.

Great shirt at a great price I ordered a Large and XL as was unsure what would actually fit my dad-bod. The Large was a little tight around the beer gut, but it did fit. The XL however, was a perfect fit. I'm planning to buy another in the future.
