This book gave me a better understanding on how to write learning stories in the M. Carr style.

Great book

A great book, filled with wonderful illustrations and great wit.As a fellow American who has fallen for the game of Cricket I have come to appreciate Ms. Combi's view and love of the game.

It was nice to have a textbook for my college course that was in color and included antecdotal stories. It made required reading enjoyable.

Wish the library label was removed.

I found this book was very useful to describe the reasons why we document and gave good examples of how it looks up when documenting. I would recommend this book for any person working in early years or child care. A beginner in the industry would benefit from reading this book.

I really like using learning stories and this was a very good purchase when i was doing an assessment module for my BA in education it is so easy to create learning stories when working in the early years and they are so creative and very easy to explain what children are doing and the teaching is visible when using learning stories to do assessments i really would recommend this book to early years practitioners who are thinking of an easy way to do their assessments within their school. Excellent purchase with visual images and very colourful with numerous examples from schools using the learning stories. Please use learning stories very benefical for children and parents.
