Why are the Burma Grey colored slacks over $40 more than the black colored in the same size?

Do not know for sure, but am guessing supply and demand for grey over black is part of the answer. I have 2 pr of the black and 2 pr of the khacki pants--fit is great--recomend buy. Lww

How wide is the opening of the cuffs ?

It is a standard cut with room for leg and foot to fit in. The cuff is standard width and height with a nice, tailored look.

You can't change size. The flex material is designed for a little extra room or tighter fit but not a size change.
