My new storage shed
I bought this shed because I was paying $230 a month to store my stuff. I figured for under $900. This will pay for itself in a matter of four months. It was so easy to put together unlike the normal man I stuck explicitly to the instructions. Lol I can’t believe every single hole lined up to except the screw. kudos to the manufacture. I highly recommend this shed. My HOA won’t let me have a shed on the outside of my house so I put it inside my screen room and it fit perfectly almost like it was made for it. Very happy with this product. Highly recommend it.

The directions are easy to follow. Not super sturdy, but good enough to hold storage containers.
There are a lot of pieces. If you read each step carefully first and pay attention, then it goes pretty straight forward. I was surprised that the photos show a clear peak at the top of the roof, allowing light in, but was not the case when I assembled mine. Not a big deal, but found it interesting that I had to drill out holes for the vents. Guess the good part of that, is you get to choose the placement of the vents. Definitely need the second person when you start putting the walls up. Need them to hold them up while you continue with the rest. I would recommend having the the 2 top frames, that go along the two long sides, assembled and ready before you start putting the walls up. When installed, they help give support to the walls.Like the story of the young lumberjack versus the old lumberjack. The young one just rushed into to forrest chopping as hard and fast as he could. While the old lumberjack took time to sharpen his axe every hour. At the end of the day the old lumber jack cut down more trees and was less tired. With this project, sit down and read the instructions for each step, before you start trying to through it together. It will make assembly go smoother and actually faster. Plus, you should avoid any mistakes that could frustrate you.Overall, seems like a suitable shed. I plan on just stacking storage containers in it and it seems like a good solution. It doesn’t feel super sturdy, so if you need to access it everyday, then you might want something sturdier. For my purpose, it looks like it will work perfectly.PS, have a flat surface prepared and ready ahead of time. I chose to lay paving stones down. Also, I picked the plywood option for my floor. Having the measurements in the instructions made it super easy for me to to go to the store and have them cut the sizes for me. Only needed one 4’ x 8’ piece.

Worst purchase
This is absolutely by far the worst order on Amazon I’ve ever made!!! This shed was poorly constructed, holes didn’t line up and the metal pieces were so weak and would bend too easy!! I hate I even made this purchase, called the company and they said I needed to call Duramax, hopefully someone will do something about the unsturdy piece of junk shed!!!!!! 15 yr guarantee...what a joke!!!

Very cheaply made and to expensive!!
A good kick on any panel and you are in! They are flexible and held only by friction. This is only good to keep things from the sun or rain. Anyone can access through panel with a standard push.

You need 62 inches clearance to install this in place
First, I acknowledge I could have thought through the installation. This shed is not really sturdy enough to move without some difficulty, so it is best installed in place. We thought the area between a cinder block wall and the side of our house was ideal. The shed front to back is around 33 inches and the the area we located the shed is 50 inches wide. Installation went well, with the good instructions, until it came time to install the door, a simple instillation requiring only that the door be hung on the two pins in the hinges, and that was very easy. Only then did I realize that the door could not be closed. So, I removed the door and tried to hang it with the door open about 45 degrees. The problem is that the top of the door frame did not permit the door to be raised above the top pin. The next thought was to unscrew the hinge and reinstall it with the door closed, only to realize that the hinges are riveted. In the end I had to drill out the rivets and attach a separate standard hinge, requiring pilot holes, self-drilling sheet metal screws and lots of patience. So, I did not properly plan but the whole thing could have been averted with installation instructions that described the clearance needed, or if he manufacturer had not riveted the door hinges.

DuraMAX Shed - met our expectations
This storage unit met our expectations and was fairly easy to put together. It is spacious and fit a lot more than I expected. My only regret- can't place shelving in it - doesn't seem sturdy enough. But, not a big deal.

love it! Perfect fit for the space I wanted ...
love it ! Perfect fit for the space I wanted it for ! One person job to put together until it was time to attach the roof which needed an extra set of hands.
