I've waited 3 months to leave a review, since a lot of reviews complained about issues appearing a month in. I've not had to deal with any of the complaints so far. In regards to the strap breaking, it's a heavy bottle when it's full and I find it ridiculous that someone would solely rely on the strap for carrying it when it was full. I can understand half-full or less, but other than that you're just asking for it to break. In regards to the closure mechanism breaking, I can understand this one. If you're not paying attention when closing it, it can close at an angle where it doesn't line up properly. This is likely where the mechanism breaks - from people trying to force it at a bad angle. I discovered this while trying to close it while not looking at it. That's the only time I've had an issue with the closing mechanism. Regardless, it's a great water bottle and I love it.

I ordered this water jug to help me drink enough water every day. Granted I don't need to drink a gallon per day but its nice not having to refill my old water jug three times.Pros:•Quality material, this water just is made to be durable. It isn't made from cheap thin plastic like some water jugs.•Design, this particular water jug has indentations on the sides to make for easier holding. When the jug is full it is heavy so this small detail to me is extremely beneficial.•Color, I chose the peach to teal ombre color and it is gorgeous. The photo on Amazon doesn't do it justice.•Leak proof, I brought this water jug with for my husband and I when we went on a road trip. He brought his trusty one as well and this one didn't leak when it got knocked over (my husband's did lol)Cons:•Straw, I like the idea of having a straw especially with my kids they love drinking out of this jug. BUT....the straw ALWAYS gets stuck and I mean every...single...time. Which means having to loosen the lid to get it to pop up through the spout. For most people this isn't a big deal but for me the inconvenience when I have a child bugging me for a drink and having to undo the lid just for the straw is an issue.All in all, this is a great water jug minus the straw issue. I actually ordered another one for my nieces mom because she loved mine so much when she saw it.

This water bottle was perfect. I use it daily. Then I filled it up one day and now it leaks all the time if it's not standing up straight. So now unless I am at home I can't use it. I have to drink 64oz a day bc I'm a transplant recipient and this was perfect. This was great but I'm going back to work and since it doesn't fit in cup holders I can't even use it. Super disappointed.EDIT: The seller reached out and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. They sent me a new bottle. I am happy to have a non leaking bottle again!!!! Can't wait to use this one all the time.

I love this water bottle-except it isn't intended for small handed people.I love the strap. It has proven very useful (see below) and seems very sturdy& it keeps my hands free when I am juggling a purse, lunch & briefcase. I love the straw. If you experience suction loss just tighten the mouthpiece down on the stalk. I can use the straw, or pour a glass of water or drink directly from the spout if I choose. The feature that I really went for is the time markings. I am really bad about drinking fluids & this helps me to track & stay on track of the water I need to drink on a daily basis.The bottle is indented for you to get a grip, but it is still too wide for me too get a good one and the plastic is smooth so there is no purchasing power. The bottle mouth is also very wide so trying to twist the cap off is a challenge. I usually have to use the closure mechanism to give me leverage to twist the cap off & the clasp has come off a couple of times so I have to be careful or eventually I probably won't be able to get it to snap back in. Some grooves or other gradient around the rim and in the indented area would help in providing a better grip.Overall, I would recommend this product & buy it again.

I got this bottle because I saw similar ones that friends had purchased, love the colors on it and it has actually kept me on track to drinking daily I am not a big fan of plain water so I fill it with seltzer and drink through out the day and it really is not as hard as I anticipated. I think to have the motivational words (as cheesy as it sounds) actually help to encourage me to keep at it. Hopefully this will help keep me on track to a healthier 2020. The straw is a little different then I anticipated, it has a spot on the end that actually helps get everything out of the bottle and it also came with a hard plastic piece for the top that prevents the straw from breaking down as well. It is pretty durable, come with a nice wrist strap that is helpful when you actually put it on....and when you forget and drop it watching in horror as it rolls under 5 cars over uneven ground at a ridiculously unsafe speed taunting you as you chase it crouching under said cars. It still looks brand new!!

I have had my “bottle” for almost three weeks and so far so good. I read the previous comments regarding how flimsy it was, so I have not taken it out. I fill it first thing in the morning, and usually by 2PM I’m at the 8PM line. This makes it so easy to track my water intake without issue. I highly recommend this product, especially for home use (in my case).

Schöne Flasche. Roch nicht unangenehm, war gut verpackt, aber noch vor der ersten Nutzung brach ein Teil oben am Deckel ab. Sehr schade.———————Als ich die Flasche mit Wasser füllte lief alles wieder unten raus, da ein riesiger Riss am Boden war.Musste die Flasche leider zurück schicken.

A great way to keep track and actually drink 2L of water per day. Easy to clean and refill!

Accidentally put this in the dishwasher like I do with my other water bottles and melted it
