Excellent fit
Great fit and size. Shorter than others I’ve used under bumper. Make sure your tongue will fit.

Quality if the equipment
Ease of use. Pulled a small trailer I thought the product was overpriced.

Works well!
Did not come with instructions but this hitch worked great. A similar hitch did not quite fit my car however the second adapter that was shipped fit perfectly. The key does not release from the adapter until the adapter engages with your receiver.

Hitch doesn’t fit into receptacle, latch mechanism doesn’t secure properly.
Will not seat, latch mechanism doesn’t work. In any of my older LR3s they just popped in and latched and worked. On my Range Rover Sport the unit doesn’t click in and I can’t lock it. I even lubed the hell out of it and it doesn’t latch, I even tried to use a floor jack to help it finish seating, and removed my spare down to make sure the spare wasn’t making contact to where it wouldn’t fit properly, but the latch mechanism is bad. So I have a brand new $600+ paperweight. The one part I didn’t buy at the dealership because it was cheaper online. On my old LR3 that I sold, the hitch just snapped into place. I definitely should have removed that one before selling the car. Wouldn’t have had to buy another one.

Mine seemed brand new, cost less than other places
It’s genuine and brand new, but god they are expensive. Oh well, it’s cheaper than other places, but if I weren’t paranoid I would get it used.

Very nice fits great LR4 2014
From reading some of the comments with the key issue’s you have to make sure you slam it up in the hitch frame don’t just lightly slide it up there. That top plunger pin needs to be pressed all the way in. Then you can remove the key with ease. Once you turn it into the lock position. Very nice came with extra key. Again fit very well.

It is important to make sure the receiver on your vehicle is clean, free of all rust and build up. The insertion needs to be perfect, once you have cleaned the receiver, as in with a brass brush driill bit, or something that allows you to really get it back to original specifications, then the fit will be precise and secure. If you do not have the receiver cleaned perfectly, it can activate the lock upon insertion without actually engaging with the receiver properly, that is where I believe some people have had a problem with the hitch falling out. I tried on several stages of the cleaning process and I did in fact get partial engagement at one time where it did fall out with force, continued to clean further and now, pulling 3500LB trailer no issues.
