This is our third purchase with the seller now. This stoneware set makes your ordinary bowl of cereal look like a million bucks. They were delivered to us with great care (see photo on how they wrap the dishes and the bowls). I will definitely buy from them again. Do note that there are slight variance to the colouring for each piece (no two piece is identical). That is because the glaze is naturally formed by the kiln change, each piece is different from others. This merchant has been phenomenal in after-sale care and made sure our order was fulfilled with products as good as advertised. To be fair, their most recent batch came with darker paints then the previous deliveries and not up t our standard, but as soon as I raised this to Bravo who manages their online store, and he was patient to ensure we understand the reason (as above). Not only that, they also more than made up for it by sending replacement pieces to ensure we got the high quality products we paid for. Very satisfied with their high standard and their willingness to go the extra mile to make loyal customers happy.

Absolutely love my new dinner set. We wanted something different, something that looks like you’d get on holiday. Really really happy with the set, delivery came quicker than expected, all really well packaged, got them for a bargain price! Ordered another set. I just wish there was an option for more plates

Chipped and badly on all the plates and cracks have appeared in the mugs. Not the strongest earthen ware possibly ??????

Good quality and very beautiful set of plates

Arrived well packaged, no cracks or chips. Beautiful colour and I really like that every piece is ever so slightly different. I've read previous negative reviews regarding quality and I have to say- I'm not entirely sure why anyone would consider this plate set sub standard. I used it in a microwave- no issue. Can't say anything about dishwasher use as I don't have one. It's the second dinner set I've spent more money on (after Portmeirion),I used to get cheap stuff from a supermarket but if you appreciate a beautiful and cool dinner table,I'd definitely recommend this set. The only slight hiccup is that the dinner plate is massive and does not fit in my cupboard so had to store those in a different cabinet.

So modern, good size. No breakages on arrival. Well made. Washed by hand. Arrived quickly, very well packaged, stunning colour. Friends have complimented them

This is the 2nd set I ordered from this company they are not green. I wanted green to match the rest of my crockery & these are blue. My son opened up the first order & got rid of the packaging so we have to keep those - these are the same colour blue so I am returning. Otherwise good plates & bowls if they were green it would be even better with 5 *

Absolutely beautiful

Product beautiful as pictured. 3 of the 4 dinner plates were broken upon arrival. I contacted Vancasso in regards to options for this issue. They were quick to respond with options, and ended up replacing the 4 with same color pattern but different style due to original set is currently sold out. Received replacements very quickly. Very happy with product and company.

Love these dishes

They are beautiful we have used them daily and have been through the dishwasher 100 times in the last few months and still look new ! If you have a Problem, the seller will take great care of you too ! stop looking and do business with these folks ...

Es ist wirklich ein sehr schönes Set. Die Farbe ist wie auf den Bildern. Das Set ist sehr robust und gut beschichtet. Im ganzen Set haben wir 2 Macken entdeckt. Eine große Blase unterhalb der Beschichtung bei einen der großen Tellern und ein abgebrochener Rand bei einem kleinen Teller. Alles in allem ist es ein schönes Tafelservice.
