This product is made extremely cheap. It was shipped in the box it's packaged originally in, with only one small piece of tape holding it closed. I found scratches and chocolate on the product, appearing to be used. The handle to the pot is flimsy and on the verge of snapping right off. Not worth the $$$ imo. It's pretty much something you'd find a the dollar store.

Melts chocolate but is small and doesn’t hold much.

I've had mine for over 20 years. Still works great. Wonderful for dipping cookies, chocolate covered nuts chocolate coconut balls etc. Lots of fun!! My daughter in law saw it and asked if she could borrow it sometime so, I ordered one for her. She was very excited and my 12 yo grandson was REALLY excited! FYI, chocolate chips don't do as well as real chocolate.

Very practical and easy to clean, best of all, it is just the right size for family use, you don't need large amounts of chocolates to enjoy a half dozen strawberries.

So I opened my purchase and the inside pan was burnt like it was on high heat or something. I went ahead and tried anyway. If your doing just a personal set of treats for yourself that’s ok. But it takes too long for it to heat up and melt. I’m too impatient I guess. Purchase was returned

Melts chocolate and keeps liquid whilst using so no great rush to use. So easy to clean. My chocolates had a nice shiny finish

this is cheap and it seriously makes me think it came from the dollar store. even the handle seems like it’s gonna fall off. better to spend a little more for real quality.
