I live in drought country, so let my 11" pond slowly dry up over the summer. The water gets too low pretty fast to use the waterfall pump, but I need something to keep the water moving to prevent mosquitoes and algae. This turned out to be a bit too small for the beginning of summer, but perfect for the second half. The 16' cord is an absolute necessity with such a wide pond. I even dropped the pump once from about 3' height onto concrete, and it still works! I will buy another slightly higher GPH pump from this seller for April-June and keep this one for July-November.

Needed to replace a pump on a 15 year old fountain. Old pump was not available anymore. found Faster Harvest web site with a google search on pumps. ordered pump, received on time as advertised. Pump works great and as a bonus the company is run by vet's. "I will always support our vet's".

Good pump. I like that I can adjust the volume of water being pumped. One down side is it doesn't have an automatic shut off if the water gets to low. Water gone. So is pump.

I have purchased several of these pumps for several different fountains. They all still work and are easy to clean.

The pump does not shoot as high as in the illustration. I probably should have purchased a more powerful pump. Also, it keeps clogging as my fountain collects debris. I keep cleaning it. I had the same problem with the pump it replaced.Right now, the fountain is shut down for the winter.

I bought this pump September 23 2020. The pump arrived well packaged and on time. It fit my needs and was especially useful because it has along cord. UNFORTUNATELY after a couple months of use it began to run intermittently and by the first week of December it totally quit working!! It is completely clean inside and out. I can not get the impeller to spin when power is applied to the motor. The $20.00 pump this replaced ran 24/7 for about 12-13 years. This is a disappointment.

We ordered one with a long cord; a feature that many competing fountain pumps did not offer.We've had it in pretty much continuous operation for about two months now. Pump works well. Good draw; good flow. Easy to clean.

I liked that it pumps!! Fountain.I'm sorry that you had to serve in Vietnam. A waste of 55000 lives on our side and a whole lot more on theirs. The French told us not to go there but we didn't listen.
