I had to decrease from Vitamin D 2000 to the above D3 800. The vitamin is easily swallowed and well-tolerated by me. It was cost-effective and I could only locate it on AMAZON.

These are really hard to handle. They roll around and are difficult to manage. The price was good and well within expiration date. I use this in conjunction with calcium.
