Item is cheap, but if the item does not arrive - it's money for nothing. Item did not arrive & apparently I am not eligible for a refund. It's coming from China, so there's a million reasons why it may not end up being delivered. Fair enough, it's cheap. However, I would have liked a refund. Zero stars would be the correct rating for an item I have never clapped eyes on
