Good product

This is the best mouringa powder I bought so far.

A strong taste, but well worth it. Very energising. Good in smoothies, cooking and salads. Full of good vitamins.

Bought at a sensible price to use as a combination supplement . Tastes pretty foul, but hopefully in time I will reap the benefits. My only complaint is that there is no recommended dosage, so I use 1 teaspoon in kefir yoghurt in the morning. Just started so no positives or negatives to report

This made me really ill. Twice I had two teaspoons in a smoothie and I was suffering like I had a severe stomach bug for the rest of the day. I dropped the dose to one teaspoon after a week-long break, but I was still incredibly nauseous and felt like I was going to be sick for about six hours after. Either it doesn’t agree with me or is very potent. Such a shame as I was really looking forward to the health benefits I’ve read about. So I thought I should warn others to be mindful and start on a low dose and gradually increase.
