Polaris RZR RZR S Ranger 800 S Fuel Pump and Strainer Upgrade Kit 2008 2009 2010

I was extremely skeptical of this product when I received it. Came in a package with Chinese writing and I thought I was screwed.I’m happy to say I’ve been running this pump with 0 issues for 2 Years.2 things to note: DOES NOT COME WITH INSTRUCTIONS. This is easy to overcome by getting on YouTube and searching how to videos.DO NOT USE THE SUPPLIED FIILTER. It will no stay on and is very flimsy.Overall excellent product for the price.

This pump installed fine. It would not maintain pressure and problem of cutting out persisted. Took it to shop and they confirmed problem. I was pissed and told them to just fix it. (That is on me not this company) I asked them to save the pump and they did not. I wont knock the customer service but the pump is junk. Now after $600 pump replacement (450 labor/120 Pump) machine runs perfect again. Spend the $100 for a good pump.

Installing pump was not bad. Machine ran good for about 10 minutes and engine died. Could no longer hear fuel pump kicking on so I pulled it back out and it was seized up. Fried after ten minutes!!!!

I have been trying to find instruction on how to disassemble the OEM pump so these parts can be used. As of yet have not figured it out so this upgrade kit was put on the shelf.

A little tricky to install. But it fit perfectly and solved my problem for a great price.

Purchased this in August 2015 to replace the clearly failing original fuel pump. It started failing in April 2017, with very few hours or miles on the RZR. Fuel pressure got too low in June 2017, and RZR won't run.

My application was a bit unique and they did not fit my E55 AMG as suggested but the return was no issue and my issue ultimately needed OE parts.
