I started buying these when my usual brand became unavailable. These were more expensive but I only have to take 2, not 3 like the other product. I actually find these work pretty well. I take them with my evening meal. I am an insomniac but these have helped me sleep a bit more at night. As much as 4 hours in a row, on a good night. They help with leg cramps too. Pretty pleased with these and will keep on purchasing this brand now instead.

Nothing to criticise, although I didn't receive any noticeable benefits.
