Dayspring - My First Bank - Piggy Bank for Kids

I chose this bank for my six grandchildren because it has the four different sections of share, save give and spend. Also, the clear front allows them to be able to see as the money adds up in the save. It’s made out of good quality construction, and the children will get years of learning out of it.

I was looking for a good bank to teach my kids about the importance of handling their money well. It was hard to find a good bank that had at least 3 parts for giving saving spending. This adds a sharing option! The clear front is a great visual for the kids to learn as well! Love it!

Cute bank! A little difficult to get dollars out of it, but perfect for coins.

This is such a great way to teach kids to split their money up for savings, spending and such. My son loves dividing up his money to put in each slot.

I love this product because I was looking for something that is appropriate to encourage my granddaughter to understand the importance of saving. I give her a small allowance and she makes the decision how much she is going to save, spend, give and share. This is the ideal product to help our children to plan and save from early and to instil in them the importance of giving and sharing. My granddaughter loves it. A suggestion might be to manufacture them in child-friendly colours and images.

This is cute but not super user friendly. It would be fine to use with just coins, but it doesn’t do well at all with bills. I would have ordered something different for my kids had I known.

This is a great bank to teach children about budgeting

The materials are okay, it's well assembled but it has a problem, 50c Australian coins won't fit in the holes beneath

Canadian customers should take note: twonies will fit through the drop slots on the top of the piggy bank but they will not fit through the bottom opening when you go to remove the coins.

It keeps my daughter well occupied on the days when she's put in a Toonie or bill.
