Great Faucet
We installed this faucet ourselves. It came with double o rings. We ran 1/2" lines to the faucet. Has good pressure. Quality product. Works great.

Continues leak from first month
This is a terrible faucet. It is cheap and I guess u get what you paid for. No is leaking after 3 months 3 places and I am not even sure if we can get our money back. I trusted Amazon, but I think allow anyone to put their products. I will try to get hold of this company to return this item and get our money back, but I doubt this company will be responsive.

Solid faucet
Installation was simple. Well built. Having both the faucet and sprayer is awesome.

Faulty pre-rinse hose!
I was happy with this product for the first 4 months and then the pre-rinse hose decided to spring leaks everywhere. It wasn’t being abused in any manner so it’s really frustrating! It’s an easy enough fix with a new hose but why should I have to pay.

Only Used For Like a Month
Welp... It was nice the first few weeks we used it. We purchased it for our new cupcake shop and had it professionally installed(which was another ordeal altogether) I remember the plumber complain about how cheaply made it was, but he installed it anyways. I found it quite interesting how we got it to swivel so that the faucet could reach all 3 compartments of our sink. Later, when the plumber returned, he informed me it wasn't supposed to swivel like that.. I was glad it did, because otherwise, we would never be able to get water into all 3 bays. The bottom line was that it was not sturdy enough to be considered commercial, because when pulling the hose water spewed all over me and the kitchen.. The only upside was the fact that it was nice to have a sprayer for rinsing. Pity.
