I LOVE this item! I've been using it for YEARS! It is a staple in my home! It is a great product to help keep calm, especially for people who struggle with anxiety! The second you put it in your mouth and begin chewing, you can literally feel it working! Not kidding! I have recommended it to many friends, and they have also said it has helped them. If you're feeling anxious, or maybe you're a woman entering into the "fun phase" of life...this product works! And it tastes great, too!! You can take 2-3 tablets up to 3 times a day, and the bottle lasts me anywhere from at least 1 month up to about 3 months, depending upon use. Really great product!

Chewable are huge like quatar size. However they do what they are supposed to do and taste isn't horrible or chalky. Definitely second time using just one messed up my stomach. No jitters actually helped when I drink energy drink . If you mix correctly helps with focus.

This stuff works as the ultimate chill pill..: My routine lately is to take a few before I head out into traffic...it helps me stay focused and calm despite the super craziness on the highways these days!

I am a person who experiences anxiety often and although this isn’t a cure Natural Factors Suntheanine L-100 mg has a very nice calming effect. I find the tablets easy to chew and they taste good. I would recommend trying this product in the chaos a day sometimes brings.

This product should not be used for pets as it has xylitol in it and xylitol is toxic to pets. There was another review on here where the person said their vet recommended, I am sure the vet recommended a l-theanine product but not this one. For people this is an excellent product, tastes great and works.

Recommended by my physician to help me relax. Often I have difficulty sleeping due to nagging thoughts in my head. This helps quiet the thoughts so I can fall asleep. I also take one in the morning to keep me calm throughout the day.

This product works really well for relieving stress and anxiety without leaving you feeling tired or groggy at all. One warning - they contain xylitol so they aren’t suitable for pets.

And in the middle of the night to get back to sleep without feeling groggy in the morning. Have purchased a few times now! Caveat it isn’t a cure all and need to maintain your health and exercise.
