I bought this for my son who was 2 months shy of 4. When he put it on, he refused to take it off for 4 days I literally had to wrestle him to take it off. He refers to it as his "hug shirt" and always wants to wear it. Sizing is small but fit is perfect. Unlike another reviewer said, this shirt does not ride up on my son (and he does have a belly), I bought a size 6 and at the time he was wearing 4T-5T and weighed between 42-44lbs. Now that he is a size 5-6 I'll be ordering another one because the 6 is now too small. Since it is summer, I have let it go for now. For the price, this shirt is unbeatable. I am a pediatric OT and I recommend this shirt first to my families because it is not a large loss of money if the kid refuses to wear it. The stretch, durability, soft fabric, washability,and quality for the money is unbeatable. It is a must try. Letting your child wear it all day every day is not recommended as my son did for 4 days but I went with it because I wanted his buy in.

My son loves it. He calls it his "huggy shirt" and keeps it on 24/7! I have to pry it off of him for bath time and to launder it! It is a great sensory tool. The only issue I have is sizing is difficult to determine for this company's products on here

I bought 2 of these shirts for my son who is on the autism spectrum. He is a big boy for his age. I bought a size 6 which would have fit well if it was longer, like on the picture. It tends to ride up. My son is not overweight. He is 4 and wears a 6/7 in tops. Also the collar rides high and can be seen under other shirts, unlike the picture.

This is the only shirt that helps my son. We have tried a few other shirts and vests and none of them perform as well as this one. He wears one of these shirts under his other shirts every day. If he doesn't wear it, he will constantly pull on his other shirt to try to get the pressure he needs. We have washed the shirts many times and they still give the needed compression.

We have bought this vest before; it's the same one my son's OT uses for him at preschool. He outgrew the last one we bought and I was surprised to see that I could find it at my favorite place to shop online (Amazon)! Mitchell loves his hug vest so much he asks for it. Great product, well worth the money if you know your little one responds well to gentle pressure. Calms Mitchell down immediately and makes him feel better.

This works as expected though I wish it were a natural material. My son finds it a bit sweaty and had a short life due to this. Maybe we'll try again now that it is winter....

My son loves it, just it is smaller than usually it is for 6 years old.

This vest fits my 5 year old nice and tight without being too constricting. He can wear it all day. So nice I had ordered a second one.
