The pad in the shorts could be a lot longer in the front. Did arrive in a good amout of time as well

Ordered came without any padding so disappointed

I completed my first triathlon in July 2015. Being a larger woman made it impossible to locate triathlon gear in stores. I was very hesitant to purchase clothing without trying it on, especially a piece of clothing that needs to be form fitting. I used the sizing chart and the shorts fit perfect. I wore these shorts over a swimsuit for my triathlon. It was great! They dried quickly in transition from swim to bike. The pad was enough to offer some comfort on the bike, yet not too big to be uncomfortable in the run. If you are looking for bike shorts, these are not what you need. I also own bike shorts from Aero Tech that I use when only bike training. That pad is larger.
