Is this the same conditioner as what is included with the Olia hair dye?

Helps resist wash-out, fade-out & dry-out so fresh vibrant color lasts longer. This is formulated specifically for color-treated hair. The conditioner that comes with the Olia Haircolor is not available sepatately. We hope this information is helpful.

What do you do when it says item was delivered to you mail box but did not receive it?

I recommend contacting customer service. They usually advise you to wait a day or two in case the tracking didn’t work correctly or if a neighbor gets the item to you.
