Awesome find. Great tool!

Use it to suspend my dust collection hoses. Works great

You can raise it but not lower it. The instructions were followed but didn't allow me to lower the tension. Not useful.

It seemed to work alright as a tool RETRACTOR but I wanted it to work as a tool BALANCER -- which it is not!

Unfortunately, the plastic spring force adjustment knob broke after only 4 months of light use making it unusable, so I can't recommend this at all. Before that, it worked as intended and was decent, but the housing and adjustment knob are made out of plastic, not metal, so the durability never seemed great. The plastic knob broke overnight when it wasn't even in use, causing the hook it was holding to fall and dent my car. It seemed to just break from the internal spring that retracts the wire, and can't hold anything up without that knob in place.

Excellent quality and it comes with a long line.

it does the job of holding the tools in the air wish it would lock but overall does a good job

I was tired of having my charging cable all over the floor while charging. The retractor was able to serve the purpose of keeping the cable off the floor. Great purchase.
