Can you elaborate why mg kept low and zinc and b6 overboosted ?

Helped me with sleep and recovery

This is my 4th time repurchasing this product. Has helped me tremendously with sleep. I Don’t have trouble falling asleep but I wake up at night - this product helped me with that. I also recover better from exercise and fatigue. Takes about a week to see results for the sleep, energy follows. In my opinion, quite effective, good quality and value for money. Amazing wonder product

Zero effect

I didn’t find any effect from this product , earlier I was taking gnc zma, that was atleast giving some result , helping in sleep too , but this has no effect
