Product arrived well packaged and easy to set up. Was upgraded to 4K free of charge and has a warranty. Great price for a great product.

Faulty Product
When I recieved the product the screen had a giant faulty patch which was noticeable even when the screen was off and when it was on despite the seller claiming the product would be in "excellent" condition with barely noticeable scratches. You can't update the software on it either. When I returned it, the seller asked for a return charge which was never mentioned before and I am still waiting on my refund as well. This is the first time I have had such a bad experience buying off amazon.

Easy to use
Bought this since I’ve already got an iPhone 14 and an iPad and MacBook Pro so I thought I’d buy this to add to my collection and it’s a great machine in great condition to say it’s a refurbished one and the price is great too couldn’t fault it ordered Saturday came today which was great as I treated myself to a Father’s Day present

Poor quality keyboard and mouse spoils the deal
The iMac was in good condition but it was set to factory settings and the mouse would not work so the cursor was stuck in the top left corner.i could not proceed with any further functions as the mouse and keyboard would not work despite changing the batteries.The mouse and keyboard were not Apple make and they were cheap and nasty, so non compatible.Very disappointing experience to be honest and I am waiting to see what happens next with this issue

Falsely advertised
While I can't fault computer it was in excellent refurbished condition. It was advertised as being sold with 1 free years subscription to Microsoft office which I noticed has been rectified by Amazon. The mouse is not compatible with I Mac os12 the keyboard is a windows keyboard not an apple does work but awkward to navigate with I Mac.
