Love Love Love! ❤️
Can't rave enough about these!!! They work great. The sizing suggestion about cotton swabs up your nostril is strange but very effective. I love swimming but would almost dread going due to the inevitable simulated drowning experience. (I'm one of those people who gets FLOODED UP THEIR NOSE when they submerge in water) These 100% stop that. No leaks for me. They are very snug and a tiny bit hard to get in there (be patient, you have to work them in, and work them out for removal) but if they were easy in they wouldn't work well n probably fall out. I've never worried they might accidentally come out or even shoot out if laughing or the wind got knocked out of me. They are IN TIL U REMOVE THEM. They are discreet. Most people don't notice them. Way better than standard nose plugs. I won't ever swim without mine again. Can now enjoy ever minute of my time in the water. Can do flips and dives, without any problem. Sure beats holding my nose. Would definitely buy again and highly recommend them to everyone. They are amazing 😍😁.

New swimmer so glad this product exists
This thing is great. I tried so many nose clips and none of them would stay on while swimming, or even before ever entering into the pool, really. There's just not enough surface area for the nose clips to grab onto, so they simply couldn't work Pros: That it exists. Seriously. I knew a good nose solution could be what I'd been looking for with my swimming, and I'm so glad these guys make this. Helps me focus on improving technique, not stopping to blow my nose after every lap, which was pretty gross Cons: They really need a good solution for determining sizing. I did the q tips thing and went with a large, which was massive. Got the medium after that and it's been working great in the pool. I may feel some liquid trickle in sometimes, but it's nothing like a ton of water being shoved up my nose. To help with size determination, Perhaps users could come up with everyday objects that fit up their nose, and also share what size they use??? I don't have an example, just throwing it out there Cost: not just the cost of one, but in my case, two. I would say you should be prepared to potentially have to buy two of these items, should you be willing to try the product Comfort: even the medium sometimes feels like the edges are too sharp and it's cutting into my nostril. Once I adjust it a bit, it feels fine and I can go a few more laps focusing only on my swimming. Edit: these have been staying in well. To avoid sharp edges, the plug is angled a bit so that the tip of my nose side is positioned somewhat higher than the lip side Not sure if this falls under pro or con. When things get really clear after I've been swimming for a while, I used to love getting that random whiff of intense chlorine scent. Now since the plugs are in and working excellently, I don't smell the chlorine anymore

They really work. No leaks and you won’t feel like you have a couple of carrots stuck up your nose.
You might feel a little funny wearing these things. After all, you’re probably not going to see Katie Ledecky wearing them. But if chlorine wrecks your sinuses and you’re not going to be wearing 8 or 9 Olympic medals who cares as long as you don’t have to buy mucinex by the large economy size. Also, for a few bucks, you won’t have to pay an ent doctor several thousand dollars to ream out your inflamed nasal passages. I can guarantee that I will never get in the pool without them. And you can probably buy a more expensive kind, but they won’t work any better. As noted in the title, you won’t feel like you have carrots in your nose. But hey, maybe you like to have a healthy snack while you swim.

Doesn't work for surfing, sizing is a nightmare, and customer service is unresponsive
What you need to know: Terrible product for surfing. Doesn't work. Details: I used their Q-Tip sizing method and that determined I was a large so that is what I ordered. When I received them they were way too big. No way those plugs would fit in any nose besides Adrien Brody's. I sent an email to Sinus Saver about exchanging for another size, and after 2 days they finally got back with me saying they would. The problem is that this was the only answer they provided me, not any direction for returns. So I emailed them back asking how they want to handle the return. No response. So I finally went through Amazon returns and ate the ~$7 shipping fee. When I finally got the mediums in the mail they barely fit. I wouldn't say they fit, they just sort of stayed in place. That is until the first duck dive and they were out faster than a fat kid in dodge ball. Luckily I had them dummy corded to my wet suit. I spent that session constantly trying to fit them back into my nose, but it was hopeless. Not wanting to deal with Sinus Saver again I went through Amazon returns once again and ate another ~$7 shipping fee. I then ordered the small size and they finally were able to fit in my nose. Sure enough, the first duck dive and they were out. I kept trying to put them back in, but they would come out every time underwater. At some point my dummy cord came loose and they were lost to the sea. Good riddance. They were a useless product. I literally just took $14 and threw it into the ocean.

Medium Was Too Big
I liked the appeal of these because they are colorless and therefore hardly noticeable and also don't require pinching the nose shut. I got a medium and it was too big to fit into my nose. For reference, I am an adult woman. I tried squeezing it in and 1) it hurt and 2) I could still breathe through my nose. The biggest issue is that the strip connecting the two pieces is too wide, wider than the diameter of my nostrils and even though it's silicone it's harder than the nostril part so it cuts into the soft insides of my nasal cavity. Seems like it is very durable for the purpose it serves. For the price, it was not worth it if it didn't work. Can't really speak to how easy it is to use because I struggled to get it in. I could see this causing scar tissue inside the nose if it's rubbing constantly on the soft parts.

I open water swim and these have saved me massively m!! I’m swimming Windermere this year and sinus infections and blockages were the Bain of my life until I got these!! Get the right size ( small in my case ) and persist with them- at first it seems a pain and very alien but you find way better and more liberating than nose clips. The only criticism is the should be brightly coloured as at the beginning I blew one out and have lost one this way ! But seriously if you suffer sinus issues with chlorine or open water get these!! And sinus saver look to colour them asap!!

I have recently started indoor swimming 4 times a week and began to suffer terribly from, what felt like, sinusitis or a bad head cold after each swim. It got so bad I decided I'd have to stop unless I could find a solution. I have used the Sinus Saver a few times now and they really do appear to stop the problem. I've forgotten to put them in a few times, and the sneezing and streaming nose always returned, so I'm pretty sure they are efffective. I initially got the medium size, due to the advice that "Large" was very big. However, I've now bought a large one and it provides a better seal. For reference, I'm 6"2' male and I consider my nose to be fairly normal :o). At first the large one looks like it'll never fit but once it's in, it's perfectly comfortable. If you think your bordering between medium and large, I would go large for sure.

Bought these for swimming lengths in the pool. Little bit uncomfortable for long swims but keeps the chlorine out your nose better than traditional clips, so less pain in the long run if you have sensitive sinuses. Will be interested to see how well the material holds up to repeated chlorine exposure. Sizing guide is a little odd but seems to work
