This is a great product. I have combination skin with broken capillaries. It tames down the redness(eczema) for good few hours. I just apply it in the morning and nothing else and ready to go. This is my second purchase. Though expensive I will buy it again.

Son's eczema got more irritated. Did not help at all. He is allergic to alot of things so maybe one of the ingredients didn't agree with him

One of the better creams out there with benign ingredients
This truly is one of the better skin creams out there. I don't have eczema, just itchy skin and also dry patches on the soles of my feet. The Ecza cream has worked as good or better than so many products which I have tried. It also additionally softens skin really well.....a good product with some very nice healing ingredients in it. I would highly recommend it as an alternative to Cortisone based creams.
