I chewed open the capsules and tasted the royal jelly, and found it real royal jelly,not fake. It benefited me for over 10 years.. 15 years ago, I knew it was really awesome. This one was for my husband. His stomach has been getting better after taking the same brand of propolis, so I decided to buy jelly after I have built the confidence with this brand. Update 2019: One of my church friend has the latest stage 4 cancer(He used to be very strong), he was so weak after the treatment, near the point of death. I like that you get a generous supply of capsules which makes it easier for me to not have to remember to order on a too regular basis. My only concern, was that this shipment arrived with the capsules covered in an oily substance. I never had this experience on my past orders of this same product. It made me wonder if it was stored in a warmer than normal environment. The expiration date listed was within a normal timeframe. I'm still taking the capsules with no adverse effects...

I have a tough system. But this product has given me a headache for 3 days straight and it's non returnable. Why? I am NOT allergic to honey no matter what region it's from. So, I question the contents in this particular product. Purchase at your own risk.
