Vita Liberata Fabulous Self Tanning Tinted Lotion, Medium, 3.38 Fl Oz

This was the best self-tanner I've ever used. Not stinky, not orange.

I really like this. I use it on my face by adding a pea sized amount to my face moisturizer (which is just shea butter and olive oil) and it works great. Gives it a really gradual glow this way. A teeny bit of tanner smell but I think it’s only noticeable to me. And I definitely have to wash my hands right away afterward.

I was very happy with this product.

I have NEVER buy the same self tanner twice, however I will be buying this one from now until they invent a perfect one in the future. This one is worth the money and the time you spend applying it (which takes about as much time as applying body lotion, and honestly just as easy) you will NOT regret this purchase and you will be hooked!

Had to try the amazon favorite! It's a hard pass for me though. This self-tanner will be great for olive or very warm skin tones. Don't do it if you're fair - it's a yellowish type of tan and doesn't look realistic. I was vaguely embarrassed to be this color in public. It also doesn't wear very long or very well. Significant, patchy fading after 2 days. The only plus's for me is lack of smell and pretty easy to apply without stickiness.

To preface, this is not a gradual tanning lotion. You need to apply this with a mitt for an even application and stain-free hands. I absolutely LOVE this self-tanner. It is purple-undertoned which I have found to be so different from other self-tanners that are orange or green. It looks very natural. One thing I wish it did better was not to wash off as much when you shower. Still, though, over a few days of use, it definitely has a very noticeable/natural tanning effect. I recommend to all of my friends.

This is an excellent self-tanner. I had previously used St. Tropez mousse, which did a good job but I had some gripes. It settled in my pores, had a tendency to be streaky and was a tiny bit orange on my skin, plus the odor of DHT was so strong I could smell it on my skin as long as the tan lasted. I am happy to say the Vita Liberata barely has an odor, which goes away as soon as you wash it off, and the color is gorgeous and natural. I get a nice, even tan. I'm very pleased with this product and if I had to nitpick I'd wish for a bit more moisturizing version.

I have fair skin and use the medium tint. The tint appears very dark upon application but it washes off and leaves a nice color. One thing I love about this tanner is that it dries quickly. Make sure you use mitts or wash your hands periodically while applying. I put it on before bed and wash it off in the morning. The tint has washed out of my clothes and sheets.

This is without doubt the best self tan I have ever tried. It does not smell - of anything! It lasts on your skin and fades even and naturally. It is a totally natural colour, even on my very fair and aged skin! I have used many and varied self tans over the years, but it would take a miracle to make me swap this one for another. Nice colour when applied initially, after sleeping in it the tan wasn’t that noticeable would be one I would use to take the edge off being white before summer starts but wasn’t deep enough for the summer months for me, it’s best feature no biscuit smell the next morning, I think you need two applications to get an even colour that’s noticeable.

My normal organic self tanning product not available so bought Vita Liberta medium, does just what it says and the bonus is that it gives an immediate tan, great for summer for an all over tan on my pale skin. I normally take weeks to tan using a high 20/30 factor sun lotion. Applied this before my holiday in spain two weeks ago and applied once more during holiday, used 20 factor lotion on top, did not affect the fake tan at all. I love this product.

It doesn’t smell!!!!! Really!!! All those years of that horrible self tan lotion odour!!! I didn’t use the mitt (cheap-skate!!) so it didn’t go on as smear free as it should but that was my fault and I’ve now ordered the mitt! It’s a good colour and appears to be wearing well.

I have used many tans and would rate this as quite good but prefer st.tropez and skinny tan. This is quite expensive for the amount you get although mixed with a body cream it does tan your whole body with a bit left over.It might be worth keeping it just for your face.Im fair skinned and the medium colour is not too dark.
