Good product
These are really handy to have around. You can use them as a coupler in a pinch. I bought these to have around when I need to install a wired ethernet cable in the wall. I have a lot of blank plates that these fit. Much easier than doing punchdowns which I have always found to be a real pain.

Good to use in the Keystone wall plates.
Thes are great to use when you have wall outlets, and the cord already has the ends on them. These are just literally plug and play. These fit my keystone wall plates well.

Good fit in panels
Have made multiple purchases of these keystone couplers over time and have always found them to fit panels well, retain cables when connected, and provide good signal pass-through. As far as I am concerned, they're well suited to purpose. One benefit is that they're actually a bit stiff to insert in the panel cut-outs. That's a good thing, because I have dealt with other couplers in the past which do not fit as snugly, and that has sometimes meant that they are prone to popping loose. that is not the case with these VCE couplers. They stay firmly attached once inserted.

Pretty good construction
These are typical Chinese plastic pieces, but they work. However, if you pull on them once theyre installed via a LAN network cable end, theyll disconnect and lose signal. That shouldn't matter much depending on the situation of the cable placement and mounting.

Great cable couplers durable in temperatures -10F to 150F
Great ethernet cable couplers that are durable in a wide temperature range of -10F to 150+F. I have a handful of these installed in an uninsulated attic for years, exposed to bare frigid winters and toasty oven summer highs. They replaced some cheap RJ45 couplers from the local 99c store. Network connectivity ever since has been flawless. Evidently, UL label products like these are much more reliable. Highly recommended!

Great for any keystone jacks lacking covers
AT&T left a mess with the Ethernet end of my fiber installation when they installed my internet. The keystone jack they used was left completely uncovered and dangling. It looked messy not to mention left it open to possible damage. Used this to cover the jack for its protection with some sticky tape to mount the keystone properly. Easy to install and makes my cabinet look much more professional.

The photo is a little misleading
First of all, I bought these because Home Depot wanted to charge $5 for a single keystone RJ45 connector to put in the wall. I needed 4 to run two ethernet cables from downstairs to upstairs.I quickly searched for a RJ45 connector (ethernet) and found this, and bought it without realizing it's a Coupler. This has a female RJ45 on BOTH ends, requiring 2 male plugs to complete the circuit.I ended up using these, I just had to crimp four connectors in the cable in the wall, and then on the wall plate, I stuck the coupler in, and plugged the new wall plug from the inside. You will never know looking on the outside, and it works, so I can't really complain. With all that being said, I have had no issues since setting up the ethernet in my wall, these seem to work just fine, after about a month, and I saved $15 vs buying at home depot the proper parts.
