Adjustable Weighted Walking and Exercise Belt

Best weighted belt ever!! Your workout will improve drastically with this product. This belt is so thin in design, I can wear it under anything and no one ever notices I have it on. The fabric type is a moisture wicking fabric on the side that touches your body and neoprene on the outside. Right out of the cute bag, I noticed the quality of the stitching. The stitching is not only higher quality but a heavier thread. It also stayed that way after several weeks use which is a good sign in my experience, usually the cheaper stuff starts to stretch and come loose in that time frame.The other thing that really stood out to me is quality of the velcro and strong metal loop. You can tell just by picking up the belt and putting it on that it won't be falling apart any time soon. It's padded enough that I forget I have it on when I walk the dogs in the morning. The weights are small enough that you have a lot of control over the difference you feel when you increase the load. It's sturdy and well-constructed.The weights themselves are powder coated and flat like 4 credit cards stacked together. They are so easy to take out of the elastic flap.Not sure about the other reviewer, but my belt came fully assembled with all the weights inside. Maybe they changed their packaging recently.

I bought this belt in large, it is big and hangs around my hips but to add more weight, I have just purchased a second one in medium to layer higher around my waist to be able to double the weight for walking and exercise. It fits securely and does not move around when walking. Perfect way to add extra weight without pulling on my neck and back with a weighted backpack. I wear it around all day so every movement and getting up out of a chair adds some resistance to my muscles which are noticeably toning. Highly recommend.

I love that this is weight adjustable. Wearing it fully loaded was causing some pain so I backed off a couple of pounds and now I'm fine. I did go too big with the medium though. I wish there was a way to get it riding up my waist higher. In all, it's comfortable to wear on walks and gives me a better workout.

It arrived on time. I'm just too busy these days, plus I have a back problem right now, so I haven't tested it out yet. But! The material feels great, the weights are quite accurate, the sleek design appears more discrete than another belt I bought previously which has bulge, as the belt is fitted with sand for the weight- not adjustable. The fastening bit is not your regular velcro, so it promises to last longer. With this i can start out light, then go up to higher weights and even add more when I'm ready! I'm excited to get started

I've worn the belt just about each day while walking the trail, and around the house doing chores for 8 months.Originally I needed the size xl, but I cannot keep it from slipping right down anymore. I'm ordering the size small, 28-35, and can still fill it with all 10# of the weights since each pocket can handle 2 weights.I've lost 25# in these last 8 months but I kept muscle and increased bone density a wee bit, which is so important at my age-or any age!This belt is comfortable to wear, and with the velcro strap it's easy & fast to get on & off.Before buying the belt I used an 8# vest. It really wasn't comfortable under my arms or across my chest, and I felt like the weight pressing on my shoulders could mess with my balance and compress my spine. The belt was a much better choice for keeping the weight load just slightly above my hips.I really love it.

This is good and versatile. But the waste measurement are way off. The adjustment belt had a huge range to fit your waste. If in doubt go with the smaller size. It’s difficult to get the weights in the slots but when you do it offers a lot of options and you can distribute the weight as you see fit.

I am very happy with this weighted belt so far! I specifically needed a belt instead of a weighted vest due to lower back pain, which can be aggravated by the weight distribution of a vest. This medium-sized belt fits snugly and seems well-made, and like it will maintain its fit as I continue using it.My first purchase was a Large, but over time, the fit started to loosen, making it less effective. I reached out to the vendor, and their customer service was fantastic! They were quick to respond and worked with me to exchange it for the correct size.Overall, I’m really pleased with both the product and the excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Very well made with secure, flat, half-pound weights that fit snugly into individual pouches. Doctor recommended because one of my hips is slightly arthritic now and the other slightly osteopenic. Wearing the belt to walk for 20 minutes after dinner is recommended for greater intensity exercise and might help restore bone density. Adjustable, comfortable, washable. I love it. Customer service responded quickly to questions about proper fit.
